在系统研究二级圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计目标、设计变量和约束条件的基础上,以同轴式二级圆柱齿轮减速器的中心距与大齿轮分度圆直径之积最小作为设计目标,建立了齿轮减速器优化设计的数学模型。利用MATLAB的优化工具箱,对减速器进行优化设计,得出了优化结果。实例计算表明,优化结果明显好于常规设计方案。

Based on systematic research on objectives, variables and constraints of the Optimization design of two-stage cylindrical gear reducer,as the design goal from total minimum center distance of coaxial level 2 cylindrical gear decelerator,select the gear,modulus, drive ratio and helix angle as design variables,with establishment of the mathematical model of the optimized design of gear decelerator. Used MATLAB optimization toolbox to optimize the design of the decelerator, obtained the optimization results. The examples show that the optimization results are significantly better than the conventional design.
