为了确定悬臂式龙门吊小车结构是否满足强度和刚度要求,根据博格公司对小车结构的具体要求,对其进行静力分析,建立静力学模型。根据对小车结构的结构分析,采用有限元分析法,在有限元分析软件ANSYS下,选取适当的单元类型,建立其有限元模型,并对其边界进行合理的约束,施加载荷,得出小车结构在三种最危险工况下的位移图、应力图、应变图,与强度要求对比,确定小车结构在强度和刚度方面满足设计要求,为龙门吊总体设计提供了可靠依据。

In order to determine if the design of the trolley frame structure of cantilever crane meets the strength and stiffness requirements, according to Borg company specific requirements for structures,the static analysis is made to the trolley frame structure, its static model is established. According to the analysis on the trolley frame structure,the appropriate element type is selected,its finite element model is established with ANSYS,and its borders are reasonable constraint, loads are inposed on it. The displacement, stress, strain diagram are concluded in three of the most dangerous conditions,compared with strength requirements,the strength and stiffness of the trolley frame structure meet design requirements,which provides a reliable basis for overall design of gantry crane.
