分别以非离子表面活性剂的种类、水洗的温度、非离子表面活性剂的含量、试样与非离子表面活性剂水溶液的质量比以及换水频率作为影响因素,考察对成孔剂(尿素)水洗工艺的影响。试验结果表明,非离子表面活性剂AEO-5的水洗效果较好,在水洗温度为60℃,AEO-5水溶液的含量为0.3%,换水频率为1/3 h-1,试样与AEO-5水溶液的质量比为1:10时,水洗48h后,尿素基本上全部溶出。
分彆以非離子錶麵活性劑的種類、水洗的溫度、非離子錶麵活性劑的含量、試樣與非離子錶麵活性劑水溶液的質量比以及換水頻率作為影響因素,攷察對成孔劑(尿素)水洗工藝的影響。試驗結果錶明,非離子錶麵活性劑AEO-5的水洗效果較好,在水洗溫度為60℃,AEO-5水溶液的含量為0.3%,換水頻率為1/3 h-1,試樣與AEO-5水溶液的質量比為1:10時,水洗48h後,尿素基本上全部溶齣。
분별이비리자표면활성제적충류、수세적온도、비리자표면활성제적함량、시양여비리자표면활성제수용액적질량비이급환수빈솔작위영향인소,고찰대성공제(뇨소)수세공예적영향。시험결과표명,비리자표면활성제AEO-5적수세효과교호,재수세온도위60℃,AEO-5수용액적함량위0.3%,환수빈솔위1/3 h-1,시양여AEO-5수용액적질량비위1:10시,수세48h후,뇨소기본상전부용출。
The effects of different non-ionic surfactant, elution temperature, surfactant contents, the mass ratio of sample to surfactant aqueous solution and the frequency of renewing water on the elution technology of pore-forming agent, urea, were studied. The study indicated that result of AEO-5 was the best. The best elution technology obtained by experiments was 1:10, 0.3%, 1/3h-1 and 60 aqueous solution, AEO-5 contents, frequency of renewing water and elution temperature, respectively. Under the conditions, urea was eluted completely after 48 h.
