目的检测含钛合金和钴铬合金烤瓷熔附金属全冠( PFM )修复前后犬龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子α( TNF-α)和白细胞介素6( IL-6)的表达,观察两种非贵金属烤瓷合金的生物学性能。方法将6只犬随机分为两组,分别行含钛合金和钴铬合金PFM修复,分别于修复前、修复后1、2、3个月采集龈沟液,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测其TNF-α和IL-6的表达。结果含钛合金修复后1、3个月,TNF-α的表达有所增加(P<0.05)。钴铬合金修复前后,TNF-α的表达无明显改变(P>0.05)。两组修复前后IL-6的表达均无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论含钛合金较钴铬合金更容易导致牙周组织的炎性改变。
目的檢測含鈦閤金和鈷鉻閤金烤瓷鎔附金屬全冠( PFM )脩複前後犬齦溝液中腫瘤壞死因子α( TNF-α)和白細胞介素6( IL-6)的錶達,觀察兩種非貴金屬烤瓷閤金的生物學性能。方法將6隻犬隨機分為兩組,分彆行含鈦閤金和鈷鉻閤金PFM脩複,分彆于脩複前、脩複後1、2、3箇月採集齦溝液,用酶聯免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)檢測其TNF-α和IL-6的錶達。結果含鈦閤金脩複後1、3箇月,TNF-α的錶達有所增加(P<0.05)。鈷鉻閤金脩複前後,TNF-α的錶達無明顯改變(P>0.05)。兩組脩複前後IL-6的錶達均無明顯改變(P>0.05)。結論含鈦閤金較鈷鉻閤金更容易導緻牙週組織的炎性改變。
목적검측함태합금화고락합금고자용부금속전관( PFM )수복전후견간구액중종류배사인자α( TNF-α)화백세포개소6( IL-6)적표체,관찰량충비귀금속고자합금적생물학성능。방법장6지견수궤분위량조,분별행함태합금화고락합금PFM수복,분별우수복전、수복후1、2、3개월채집간구액,용매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)검측기TNF-α화IL-6적표체。결과함태합금수복후1、3개월,TNF-α적표체유소증가(P<0.05)。고락합금수복전후,TNF-α적표체무명현개변(P>0.05)。량조수복전후IL-6적표체균무명현개변(P>0.05)。결론함태합금교고락합금경용역도치아주조직적염성개변。
Objective To investigate the expression of TNF-αand IL-6 in GCF of the dogs after restored with Containing titanium alloy PFM and cobalt -chrome alloy PFM,Observe the biological properties of the two non-precious ceramic alloy.Method six dogs were randomized in two groups.Each of them was restored with containing titanium alloy PFM or cobalt -chrome alloy PFM.Collect the gingival crevicular fluid before restoration and on the 1st,2nd and 3rd month after restoration. The level of TNF-αand IL-6 were detected by ELISA.Result The TNF-αexpression of Containing titanium alloy group was increased(P<0.05)after 1st and 3rd month,and there were no significant changes(P>0.05)in the cobalt-chrome alloy group.There were no significant changes(P>0.05)of the IL-6 expression in the two groups after restoration.Conclusion The containing titanium alloy is more likely to cause inflammatory changes in the periodontal tissues when compared with cobalt-chromium alloy.
