以1H-2-吲哚甲酸为原料合成1H-2-吲哚甲醛,再与苯偶酰、苯胺合成了新型的硼氟荧光染料,并通过1 H NMR,13 C NMR对结构进行了鉴定。该化合物的紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光光谱测试表明:该染料有较高的荧光量子产率,相对较大的Stokes位移;且荧光性能呈现明显的溶剂效应。
以1H-2-吲哚甲痠為原料閤成1H-2-吲哚甲醛,再與苯偶酰、苯胺閤成瞭新型的硼氟熒光染料,併通過1 H NMR,13 C NMR對結構進行瞭鑒定。該化閤物的紫外-可見吸收光譜及熒光光譜測試錶明:該染料有較高的熒光量子產率,相對較大的Stokes位移;且熒光性能呈現明顯的溶劑效應。

A novel boron-fluorine derivative was synthesized through one-pot reaction of benzyl ,aniline,and 1H-indole-2-carbalde-hyde,which was obtained startig from 1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid.The structure of the Boron-Fluorine dye had been proved by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR.Absorption and fluorescent measurements indicated that the dye exhibited high fluorescent quantum yield ,compara-tively large Stokes shift ,and also solvent-dependent fluorescent property.
