采用水蒸气蒸馏法从火棘叶中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱( GC-MS)联用方法分析火棘叶挥发油化学成分,并以面积归一法测定各成分的相对含量。从火棘叶挥发油中共鉴定出69种化合物,占挥发油总量的80.52%,主要成分为(-)-b-杜松烯(22.62%)、植物醇(19.90%)、二环倍半水芹烯(5.95%)、β-桉叶醇(5.78%)、1,2,3,4,4a,7-六氢-1,6-二甲基-4-(1-甲基乙基)-萘(2.78%)、表圆线藻烯(2.34%)等。
採用水蒸氣蒸餾法從火棘葉中提取揮髮油,利用氣相色譜-質譜( GC-MS)聯用方法分析火棘葉揮髮油化學成分,併以麵積歸一法測定各成分的相對含量。從火棘葉揮髮油中共鑒定齣69種化閤物,佔揮髮油總量的80.52%,主要成分為(-)-b-杜鬆烯(22.62%)、植物醇(19.90%)、二環倍半水芹烯(5.95%)、β-桉葉醇(5.78%)、1,2,3,4,4a,7-六氫-1,6-二甲基-4-(1-甲基乙基)-萘(2.78%)、錶圓線藻烯(2.34%)等。

The volatile oil from the leaves of Pyracantha fortuneana was extracted by water-steam distillation and the chemical com-ponent was determined by GC-MS.The relative contents of the chemical component was determined with peak area normalization method.Sixty-nine compounds accounting for 80.52%of total volatile oil were identified.The major constituents were identified as (-)-b-cadinene(22.62%),plant alcohol(19.90%),bicyclosesquiphellandrene (5.95%),β-eudesmol(5.78%),1,2,3,4,4a,7-hexahydro-1,6-dimethyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-naphthalene(2.78%),and epizonarene(2.34%).
