针对400丝以上大规格斜拉索高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)防护套存在着易开裂及外观质量差等质量缺陷问题，在挤出成型防护套的过程中，通过合理设计口模结构尺寸以增加模具压力、合理调控机头温度、调整好口模中内外模的间隙、对原材料PE-HD进行增韧改性等方法，使PE-HD均匀地包覆在裸索上，并紧密地粘附成一体，形成的防护套厚度均匀、无银纹且其与裸索之间没有间隙。通过以上措施，制备的大规格斜拉索防护套在生产制造、张拉检测、卷盘运输、施工安装环节中，当其受到挤压、弯曲、拉伸等应力的作用时，没有开裂等隐患现象发生。
針對400絲以上大規格斜拉索高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)防護套存在著易開裂及外觀質量差等質量缺陷問題，在擠齣成型防護套的過程中，通過閤理設計口模結構呎吋以增加模具壓力、閤理調控機頭溫度、調整好口模中內外模的間隙、對原材料PE-HD進行增韌改性等方法，使PE-HD均勻地包覆在裸索上，併緊密地粘附成一體，形成的防護套厚度均勻、無銀紋且其與裸索之間沒有間隙。通過以上措施，製備的大規格斜拉索防護套在生產製造、張拉檢測、捲盤運輸、施工安裝環節中，噹其受到擠壓、彎麯、拉伸等應力的作用時，沒有開裂等隱患現象髮生。

According to the quality defect problems that high density polyethylene (PE-HD) protective cover of large specification cable-stayed is easy to crack and the appearance quality of the cover is bad etc.,in the extrusion molding process of PE-HD protective cover,through adopting the methods such as designing the die structure dimensions reasonably to increase mold pressure,controlling the die temperature,adjusting the gap between the inner mold and outer mold of the die reasonably and toughening the raw material PE-HD and so on,the PE-HD melt evenly covered on the bare cable and tightly adhered together with the cable. The forming protective cover has even thickness and no silver craze,the gap between the protective cover and the bare cable doesn't exist. Through the methods mentioned above,there are not hidden dangers such as cracking and so on occurring in the process of manufacturing,tension inspection,reel transportation,construction and installation of large specification cable protective cover.
