为了开发环保型芦苇纤维板,采用蔗糖代替甲醛与尿素在酸性条件下合成了环保型蔗糖/尿素树脂,然后将该环保型树脂与芦苇纤维复合制备了芦苇纤维板,考察了蔗糖/尿素物质的量之比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类及催化剂用量对合成的树脂及制备的芦苇纤维板性能的影响。结果表明,当蔗糖、尿素与催化剂浓盐酸的物质的量之比为5∶1∶0.5、反应时间为3 h、反应温度为75℃时,合成的树脂黏度为1440 mPa · s,固含量为76.25%,制备的芦苇纤维板的性能达到最好,其静曲强度、弹性模量、含水率及吸水厚度膨胀率分别为30.08 MPa,7.43 GPa,11.23%,21.36%,达到国家标准GB/T 11718-2009的要求。
為瞭開髮環保型蘆葦纖維闆,採用蔗糖代替甲醛與尿素在痠性條件下閤成瞭環保型蔗糖/尿素樹脂,然後將該環保型樹脂與蘆葦纖維複閤製備瞭蘆葦纖維闆,攷察瞭蔗糖/尿素物質的量之比、反應溫度、反應時間、催化劑種類及催化劑用量對閤成的樹脂及製備的蘆葦纖維闆性能的影響。結果錶明,噹蔗糖、尿素與催化劑濃鹽痠的物質的量之比為5∶1∶0.5、反應時間為3 h、反應溫度為75℃時,閤成的樹脂黏度為1440 mPa · s,固含量為76.25%,製備的蘆葦纖維闆的性能達到最好,其靜麯彊度、彈性模量、含水率及吸水厚度膨脹率分彆為30.08 MPa,7.43 GPa,11.23%,21.36%,達到國傢標準GB/T 11718-2009的要求。

To develop reed fiber board,an environmentally friendly resin was synthesized by using sucrose instead of formaldehyde with urea under acidic conditions. And then reed fiber boards were prepared with blending the resin with reed fibers. Effects of molar ratio of sucrose and urea,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst type and content on properties of the resin and the reed fiber boards were analyzed. The results show that when molar ratio of sucrose,urea and concentrated hydrochloric acid being selected as catalyst is 5∶1∶0.5,reaction time is 3 h,reaction temperature is 75℃,the viscosity and solid content of the resin are 1 440 mPa · s and 76.25%respectively,the properties of the prepared reed fiberboard are best and its static bending strength, elastic modulus,moisture rate and thickness swelling rate of water absorbing are 30.08 MPa,7.43 GPa,11.23% and 21.36%respectively,meet the requirements of national standards GB/T 11718-2009.
