本文阐述了美国社区学院办学理念开放灵活且富有革新精神，具有全球思维广度、办学体制机制灵活、校企合作广泛、社会服务能力强的特点，同时指出广西高职院校存在问题，探讨了要从国际视野和开放胸怀、立足广西、服务广西，密切校企合作关系、深化教学改革、建立与市场匹配的课程体系、搭建灵活高效的学分制系统等4个方面开展学习和借鉴。

This paper expounds the school-running ideas of American community college is open ,flexible and full of innovative spirit ,with characteristic of global thinking breadth ,flexible school-running system ,widely university -enterprise cooperation and strong social service ability ,at the same time ,it points out problems existing in higher vocational colleges of Guangxi ,dis-cusses the learning and using for reference from the following five aspects :the international vision and open mind ;based on Guangxi ,serve for Guangxi ,close relations of cooperation between university and enterprise ;deepen the reforms of teaching ;build course system that match the market ;set up flexible and efficient credit system and so on.
