本文结合在指导“大学生创新训练计划”过程中大学生选题实践方面的经验与教训，就大学生如何预选题以及计划项目选题的一般性指导原则与具体方法进行了一些探讨。提出了大学生训练计划的选题是整个计划目标实现的关键环节，并指出了抓好项目申请和研究的选题前期工作的重要性和具体内容。

Combined with the experience and lessons of subject selection in the training program process on college students ’ in-novation experiment ,the general guiding principles and specific methods in the process are discussed.The guiding ideology that the topic selection is the key link of the whole plan goal is put forward ,and the importance and specific content to early work on the topic of project application is pointed out.
