国际化专业建设对高校是一种挑战，但它是学校实现高等教育国际化的重要途径。不同国家高等教育，其国际化程度各异。国际化专业建设重在理念，要靠强势、特色专业作支撑，要有强硬的师资队伍，要有资金和政策，要保持稳定的生源和毕业生的就业出路，才能长效地得到发展。

Constructing an internationalized specialty is a challenge for a higher learning institution.But it is one of the ways which get the higher learning institution into the internationalization of high education.In fact ,internationalization of high edu-cation differs from different countries.Constructing an internationalized specialty relies on advanced ideas ,and one or more strong and professional specialties.Also a strong teacher troop ,good financing and policies can help construct an international-ized specialty.Meanwhile keeping the stability of students and staying a good graduate employment is supposed to make the in-ternationalized specialty forever.
