比较了聚乳酸( PLA)纤维与聚丙烯/聚乙烯( PP/PE)复合短纤维的性能特点,重点探讨了热轧温度对PLA纤维热轧非织造布纵横向强度和柔软度的影响。研究结果表明:PLA纤维与PP纤维熔点接近,适宜采用热轧工艺生产非织造布;PLA纤维的热轧温度黏合窗口为157~164℃,在生产中可以根据用户对产品强度和柔软度的要求,在此窗口中进行热轧温度的选择。

By comparing the features of PLA and PP/PE compound fibers, the effects by the thermal-bonded temperature on the vertical and horizontal tenacity and softness of PLA nonwovens were discussed .The results show that the melting point of PLA fiber is close to that of PP fiber , PLA fiber is suitable to produce the nonwovens by thermal-bonded technology .The scope of bonding temperature is from 157 to 164 ℃, the proper bonding temperature can be selected in this scope according to the tenacity and softness required by the user .
