选取天津市2012年新建高层点式住宅为研究对象,基于建筑生命周期评价(Life-cycle Assessment, LCA)理论,运用建筑生命周期能耗计算方法,从平面布局、型体特征、建筑细部3个层面,对建筑生命周期5个阶段进行系统化的数据分析和能耗模拟,提出基于LCA的寒冷地区居住建筑被动式节能设计操作程序,总结出天津市高层点式住宅被动式节能设计要点。

The paper examines the connection between passive residential design and energy consumption by carrying out in-depth re-search on three selected residential towers in Tianjin. Using the LCA (Life-Cycle Assessment) passive residential energy-saving design formu-la, the life cycle of a building is calculated from three aspects of its design:plan layout, architectural form, and architectural details, with data analysis and energy simulation during five phases. Ultimately, the research proposes the design procedure of passive energy-saving buildings in cold regions, and defines the key points in designing of the residential towers in Tianjin City.
