Banqiaojiedu Granules%TLC%HPLC%Quality Standard
目的:研究板翘解毒颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对板翘解毒颗粒中连翘、板蓝根及知母进行定性鉴别,并建立连翘苷的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定方法。结果:TLC检出连翘、板蓝根及知母的特征斑点;连翘苷在0.10~4.00μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为2.22%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

목적:연구판교해독과립적질량표준。방법:채용박층색보법(TLC)대판교해독과립중련교、판람근급지모진행정성감별,병건립련교감적고효액상색보법(HPLC)함량측정방법。결과:TLC검출련교、판람근급지모적특정반점;련교감재0.10~4.00μg범위내선성관계량호,평균회수솔위99.84%,RSD위2.22%(n=6)。결론:해방법간편、전속성강,가용우해제제적질량공제。
Objective: To study the the quality standards of banqiaojiedu granules . Methods: The thin layer chro-matography ( TLC ) method was used in the qualitative identification of fructus forsythiae , radix isatidis and rhizoma anemarrhenae . The content of phillyrin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) . Results:Fructus forsythiae, radix isatidis and rhizoma anemarrhenae could be identified by TLC. A good linear relationship was showed at the range of 0 . 10 ~ 4 . 00 μg for phillyrin determination . The average recovery was 99 . 84%, with RSD of 2 . 22% ( n = 6 ) . Conclusion: This method is simple and specific , and could be used for quality control of banqiaojiedu granules .
