目的：观察中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法将158倒患者随机分为治疗组106例、对照组52倒．治疗组采用通痹汤(主要药物：骨碎补、威灵仙、木瓜、牛膝等)配合中药离子导入，对照组采用扶他林片口服配合扶他林乳剂外用，治疗1个月比较疗效、副作用。结果总有效率治疗组(91.51％)与对照组(76.92%)相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组(7.55％)与对照组(25.0％)相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著、副作用少。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료슬골성관절염적료효。방법장158도환자수궤분위치료조106례、대조조52도．치료조채용통비탕(주요약물：골쇄보、위령선、목과、우슬등)배합중약리자도입，대조조채용부타림편구복배합부타림유제외용，치료1개월비교료효、부작용。결과총유효솔치료조(91.51％)여대조조(76.92%)상비유현저성차이(P<0.05)。불량반응발생솔치료조(7.55％)여대조조(25.0％)상비유비상현저성차이(P<0.01)。결론중서의결합치료슬골성관절염료효현저、부작용소。
Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of knee osteoarthritis with traditional chinese and Western medicine. Methods 158 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 106 cases, control group 52. the treatment group with Tongbi Decoction (main drug:Rhizoma Drynariae, clematis, papaya, Achyranthes etc.) combined with ion introduction of traditional chinese medicine, the control group using diclofenac tablets with Votalin emulgel externally, treatment for 1 months to compare the efifcacy, side effects. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group (91.51%) and the control group (76.92%) showed signiifcant differences (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group (7.55%) and the control group (25%) there was a significant difference compared with (P<0. 01). Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment knee osseous arthritis curative effect, little side effect was signiifcant.
