目的：探讨健康教育对青光眼患者眼压的影响。方法将76例青光眼患者分为试验组和对照组，每组38例。试验组在常规护理的基础上增加对患者的青光眼知识健康教育，对照组仅接受常规护理。对比2组青光眼患者眼压控制情况。结果试验组患者平均眼压低于对照组，2组比较有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论健康教育会对青光眼患者眼压产生影响，有助于患者早日康复，减少并发症及降低复发率，有效地控制眼压，提高患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토건강교육대청광안환자안압적영향。방법장76례청광안환자분위시험조화대조조，매조38례。시험조재상규호리적기출상증가대환자적청광안지식건강교육，대조조부접수상규호리。대비2조청광안환자안압공제정황。결과시험조환자평균안압저우대조조，2조비교유통계학차이（P<0.05）。결론건강교육회대청광안환자안압산생영향，유조우환자조일강복，감소병발증급강저복발솔，유효지공제안압，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective Discuss the effect of health guidance to prognosis of glaucoma patients after surgery. Methods A total of 76 radiation glaucoma cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group were admininistrated with health guidance on the basis of conventional care, while control group were only treated with conventional care,intraocular pressure were examined in each group.Results Experimental group patients'average intraocular pressure and the relapse rate of glaucoma were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There is significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The health guidance has great effect on prognosis of glaucoma patients after surgery. It can promote patients'rehabilitation, reduce the relapse rate of glaucoma, control intraocular pressure effectively and improve the quality of life of the patients.
