采用浸渍法制备了磷钨酸/硅胶催化剂,将此催化剂用于催化噻吩乙酰化反应合成2-乙酰噻吩,考察了磷钨酸负载量和催化剂干燥温度对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明催化剂中磷钨酸的负载量为40%、催化剂的干燥温度为120~200℃时,催化剂的活性较高。200℃干燥的催化剂具有较好的重复使用性。在适宜的条件下,噻吩与过量的乙酸酐反应,得到2-乙酰噻吩的收率达90%。
採用浸漬法製備瞭燐鎢痠/硅膠催化劑,將此催化劑用于催化噻吩乙酰化反應閤成2-乙酰噻吩,攷察瞭燐鎢痠負載量和催化劑榦燥溫度對催化劑活性的影響。結果錶明催化劑中燐鎢痠的負載量為40%、催化劑的榦燥溫度為120~200℃時,催化劑的活性較高。200℃榦燥的催化劑具有較好的重複使用性。在適宜的條件下,噻吩與過量的乙痠酐反應,得到2-乙酰噻吩的收率達90%。

The catalysts phosphotungstic acid/silica gel were prepared by impregnation for the synthesis of 2-acetyl thiophene. The influences of phosphotungstic acid loading and drying temperature on catalysts were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst with 40%phosphotungstic acid had higher activity, which was dried at 120~200℃, and the catalyst dried at 200℃had better reusability. Under suitable conditions, 2-acetyl thiophene was synthesized from thiophene and acetic anhydride with 90%yield.
