多跨长联连续梁桥的拓宽拼接是高速公路改扩建中的一个难题。本文以佛开高速公路某8×30 m等截面预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥的拓宽拼接实践为例,介绍了影响长联连续梁桥拓宽的关键因素,如扩建荷载标准、混凝土收缩徐变、扩建桥基础沉降和结构体系刚度等,并提出了有针对性的措施,达到了在合理工期内通过箱梁翼缘板刚性连接实现结构一次性整体拼接的目的,取得了较好效果。

The widening and the splicing of multiple-span continuous beam bridge have remained two major challenges in highway expansion construction. The paper uses the widening and splicing of a 8 × 30 section-area prestressed concrete continuous box-girder bridge on Foshan-kaiping highway as an example to discuss the key factors in the widening project,which involves the loading standard,the concrete shrinkage and creep,foundation settlement of the bridge and the designing stiffness of the structure as a whole. Therefore the paper proposes the countermeasures accordingly with the purpose of realizing the immediate splicing within the time limit,and the solution lies in the firm connection of the flange plates on the box girder,which has been proved to be effective.
