[目的]探讨立体化考核方式在基础护理学实践教学中的应用效果。[方法]在我校2009级护理学专业本科4年制护生中抽取241名护生为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各有4个教学班,观察组118人,对照组123人。观察组采用立体化考核方式,对照组采用传统考核方式。采用期末考试、调查问卷及访谈法评价新考试方式的效果。[结果]观察组技能考核成绩(25.40±3.24)分高于对照组(23.86±2.95)分(P=0.001),理论考核成绩(51.49±6.81)分也高于对照组(48.87±5.93)分(P=0.002)。观察组在考核的公平性和满意度方面以及在能否提升护生临床与评判思维、实践技能操作水平、人文素质、交流沟通和团队合作能力方面,评价均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。护生进入临床实习后,临床教师对观察组临床技能和综合能力的评价高于对照组(均P<0.05)。[结论]立体化考核方式能够提高护生的基础护理学理论与实践技能考试成绩,还能提升护士的临床与评判思维、人文素质、交流沟通和团队协作能力,有利于护生的全面发展。

Obj ective:To probe into the application effect of three dimensional examination in practical teaching of fundamental nursing.Methods:In the class of 2009 nursing undergraduates in four year,system 241 nursing students as the obj ects of study,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,four classes in each,observation group of 1 1 8 cases,the control cases of 123 cases.the experimental group adopted three dimensional examination method,and the control group complied with traditional examination way.The effect of new examination method was evaluated by the final examinations, questionnaires and interview method.Results:The examination score of practi-cal skills in experimental group (25.40±3.24)was significantly higher than that in control group(23.86±2.95)(P=0.001),and theory examination score was also significantly higher in experimental group(51.49±6.81)when com-pared with control group (48.87±5.93)(P=0.002).As compared with con-trol group,in experimental group there were better evaluations about fairness and satisfaction in their examination form,and there were also better evalua-tions of examinational effect about improving their ability of clinical thinking, j udgment thinking,nursing practical operation skills,humanistic quality,com-munications and team cooperation (all P<0.05).In addition,when students entered into their clinical practice,their clinical teachers’evaluations on their clinical skills and comprehensive quality in experimental group were both bet-ter than that in control group (both P<0.05).Conclusion:Three dimensional examination method not only can improve the scores of theory and practice skills in fundamental nursing for nursing students,but also can elevate nursing students’clinical and judgment thinking,humanistic quality,communication and team cooperation ability.So this educational reform will help nursing students to develop in the all round way.
