研究了竹材高温热处理前后主要化学成分的变化情况。分析了竹材在160℃、180℃、200℃温度下热处理4h后,木质素、综纤维素和α-纤维素含量的变化。研究表明:随着热处理温度的升高,木质素的含量呈上升趋势,综纤维素含量总体呈下降趋势,α-纤维素含量也呈下降趋势。虽然较高的热处理温度可使热处理后的竹材防腐性及尺寸稳定性提高,但竹材的强度下降,故应根据实际需要来选择竹材的热处理温度。

연구료죽재고온열처리전후주요화학성분적변화정황。분석료죽재재160℃、180℃、200℃온도하열처리4h후,목질소、종섬유소화α-섬유소함량적변화。연구표명:수착열처리온도적승고,목질소적함량정상승추세,종섬유소함량총체정하강추세,α-섬유소함량야정하강추세。수연교고적열처리온도가사열처리후적죽재방부성급척촌은정성제고,단죽재적강도하강,고응근거실제수요래선택죽재적열처리온도。
The changes in the main chemical compositions of bamboo before and after high-temperature heat treatment are studied. The changes in the contents of lignin, holocellulose andα-cellulose of bamboo after 4-hour heat treatment at 60℃, 180℃ and 200℃ are analyzed respectively. The research shows that with the rise in the heat treatment temperature, the content of lignin shows an upward trend, the content of holocellulose showing an overall downward trend and the content ofα-cellulose also showing a downward trend. Although high treatment temperature can ensure good anti-corrosion performance and stable size, the strength of bamboo is reduced, so it is necessary to choose the heat treatment temperature of bamboo according to the actual needs.
