横梁是四轴数控雕刻机中比较重要的承载部件,其静、动态特性对整机的加工精度和稳定性影响较大。利用ANSYS Workbench对横梁进行静力学和模态分析,找出结构薄弱的区域,并对整体结构进行优化仿真。仿真结果表明所设计的结构优化方案能有效地提高横梁的强度和刚度,并增强了横梁结构的稳定性。
橫樑是四軸數控彫刻機中比較重要的承載部件,其靜、動態特性對整機的加工精度和穩定性影響較大。利用ANSYS Workbench對橫樑進行靜力學和模態分析,找齣結構薄弱的區域,併對整體結構進行優化倣真。倣真結果錶明所設計的結構優化方案能有效地提高橫樑的彊度和剛度,併增彊瞭橫樑結構的穩定性。

The cross beam is an important load bearing member of a four-axis CNC engraving machine and its static and dynamic characteristics have a great effect on the machining accuracy and stability of the whole machine. ANSYS Workbench is utilized to make static and modal analysis, find out the weak structure area and conduct optimal simulation of the overall structure. The simulation result shows that the structural optimization scheme can effectively improve the strength and rigidity of the cross beam and strengthen the stability of the cross beam structure.
