采用微波消解法处理样品，运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对蔬菜干制品中的铝元素进行分析。对样品前处理方法进行了研究，从消解体系、酸用量、消解程序等方面对微波消解条件进行了优化。结果表明：在优化实验条件下，方法检出限为检出限为0.1mg/kg，定量限为0.3mg/kg，相对标准偏差（RSD，n=6）为1.40%，测定值与国家标准物质的定值符合良好。该方法具有准确度高、操作简便，快速，灵敏度高等优点。

Aluminum in the dried products of vegetables digested by microwave are detected by inductive coupled plasma mass spectrum (ICP-MS).The microwave digestion condition is optimized from digestion system,proportion of acids and digestion procedure.The results show that the method of detection limit is 0.1mg/kg with the relative standard deviations、(RSD,n=6)of 1.40%,and the measured values are almost the same as the national?certified standard substances?.The method is reliable,simple operation,rapid and high sensitivity.
