文章采用问卷调查法,以酒店员工为调查对象,主要探讨情绪影响因素对员工工作倦怠的影响机制及情绪耗竭和情绪智力在其中所起的作用。层级回归分析结果表明:情绪影响因素对员工工作倦怠的情绪耗竭、去个性化和成就感三个维度都产生显著影响,情绪智力在上述作用关系中均起调节作用,情绪耗竭中介情绪影响因素对员工去个性化的影响且中介效应受情绪智力调节,情绪智力调节情绪影响因素对员工成就感的影响且调节效应被情绪耗竭中介。

This research mainly explores the influencing mechanism of emotional factors on employees’job burnout, as well as the effects of emotional exhaustion and emotional intelligence by using questionnaire survey on hotel employees. The re-sults by hierarchical regression analysis method show that the emotional factors have significant influences on all the dimen-sions of job burnout, involving emotional exhaustion, deindividualization and personal accomplishment, where the relation-ships mentioned above will be moderated by emotional intelligence. And the influence of emotional factors on employees’ deindividualization will be mediated by emotional exhaustion, where the mediating effect will be moderated by emotional in-telligence. And the influence of emotional factors on employees’personal accomplishment will be moderated by emotional in-telligence, where the moderating effect will be mediated by emotional exhaustion.
