目的：探讨29例食管癌根治术后患者并发乳糜胸的护理方法。方法：给予29例患者生长抑素治疗，同时加强对胸腔引流液的观察，做好呼吸道管理、营养支持、饮食宣教等一系列护理干预措施。结果：除2例经生长抑素治疗无效、行再次开胸结扎胸导管治愈外，其他27例患者应用生长抑素保守治疗均治愈，治愈时间8～21天。结论：应用生长抑素保守治疗食管癌根治术后并发乳糜胸患者，同时配合一系列精心的护理干预措施可以提高乳糜胸的治疗效果。
목적：탐토29례식관암근치술후환자병발유미흉적호리방법。방법：급여29례환자생장억소치료，동시가강대흉강인류액적관찰，주호호흡도관리、영양지지、음식선교등일계렬호리간예조시。결과：제2례경생장억소치료무효、행재차개흉결찰흉도관치유외，기타27례환자응용생장억소보수치료균치유，치유시간8～21천。결론：응용생장억소보수치료식관암근치술후병발유미흉환자，동시배합일계렬정심적호리간예조시가이제고유미흉적치료효과。
Objective:To explore the nursing methods for 29 patients after the operation of esophageal cancer who were complicated with chylopleura. Method:All 29 patients were administered with somatostatin, a series of nursing intervention measures including enhancing the observation of thoracic drainage fluid, managing respiratory tract, nutritional support, emphasizing dietary education and others. Result:Except two cases failing to respond the treatment with somatostatin and performed with ligament of alimentary duct, there were 27 cases cured and the ther-apy kept for eight to 21 days. Conclusion: Conservative therapy for the patients after the operation of esophageal cancer complicated with chylopleura by somatostatin, cooperated with a series of nursing intervention could improve clinical effects.
