结合汽车驾驶课程的特点,为了提高教学效果,进行了教练型教学模式的改革实践。以汽车驾驶技术的基本操作单元为例,依据课程载体、教学目标,策划教练型教学模式的操作机制,分步设计教师和学生互动的各个教学环节,再现实训教学过程中的教练技巧。实践证明,在职业教育教学改革中,有必要推动教练型教师的转型,教练型教学模式的改革,注重教练型教学团队的建设。

In order to improver the teaching effect, combined with characteristics of driving curriculum, I have the coach type teaching mode reform practice. In the basic operation unit of driving technology as an example, based on the curriculum, teaching objectives, plan-ning coach model driving operation mechanism, design the interaction between the teacher and students link, and then make the coach skills of teaching process in effect. Practice has proved that in the professional education teaching reform, it is necessary to promote the transforma-tion of coach model teachers, coach model teaching mode reform and pay attention to the coach model teaching team construction.
