目的:探讨活血调脂茶对西北高海拔地区高血脂患者血细胞及血脂的影响。方法:给予188例常年在西北高海拔地区生活的高血脂患者活血调脂茶(以普通茶的形式泡服),4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察患者服用前后血细胞[红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)],总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平变化情况。结果:患者服用活血调脂茶2个疗程后红细胞(RBC),血红蛋白(HGB),血小板(PLT)水平明显降低(P<0.05);总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平明显下降(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平也有所降低(P<0.05)。结论:活血调脂茶可调节机体神经-内分泌功能,降低血液黏稠度,抗血小板聚集,并显著改善血脂水平。

목적:탐토활혈조지다대서북고해발지구고혈지환자혈세포급혈지적영향。방법:급여188례상년재서북고해발지구생활적고혈지환자활혈조지다(이보통다적형식포복),4주위1개료정,2개료정후관찰환자복용전후혈세포[홍세포(RBC)、혈홍단백(HGB)、혈소판(PLT)],총담고순(TC),감유삼지(TG),고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C),저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)수평변화정황。결과:환자복용활혈조지다2개료정후홍세포(RBC),혈홍단백(HGB),혈소판(PLT)수평명현강저(P<0.05);총담고순(TC),감유삼지(TG),저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)수평명현하강(P<0.01),고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)수평야유소강저(P<0.05)。결론:활혈조지다가조절궤체신경-내분비공능,강저혈액점주도,항혈소판취집,병현저개선혈지수평。
Objective:To investigate the effects of HuoXue TiaoZhi tea on hematocytes and blood lipid of the patient suffering from high blood lipid in high altitude locatilities of the northwest. Method:All 188 patients living in high altitude locatilities of the northwest took HuoXue TiaoZhi tea (infused in the form of tea), four weeks were one course of treatment, changes of hematocytes (RBC, HGB and PLT), TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were observed af-ter two courses of treatment. Result:The levels of RBC, HGB and PLT were lowered obviously after treating for two courses of treatment (P<0.05);the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased remarkably (P<0.01), the levels of HDL-C were reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion: HuoXue TiaoZhi tea could regulate the function of neurogloy-en-docrinology, decrease blood viscosity, fight against platlet clotting and improve the level of blood lipid significantly.
