目的:探究中医护理适宜技术培训的优化方法。方法:选取新入院护士80人,按照随机数字法分为对照组和实验组,选用甘肃省中医院组织编写的《常用中医护理操作指南》为教材,对照组40人采用传统培训方法,按照课堂理论授课、教室操作培训、考核的流程进行培训;实验组40人采用优化培训方法,培训前组织护士学习开展中医护理适宜技术的重要性,理论教学采用以问题为中心(PBL)的教学模式,操作培训采用体验式教学,在培训管理过程中运用PDCA循环。培训结束后进行理论及操作考核、辨证施护能力测试、临床实践能力测试。结果:实验组的理论成绩、操作成绩、辨证施护能力测试、临床实践能力测试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组测试成绩平均分优秀及良好率高于对照组,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组测试成绩平均分不合格率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用优化方法培训中医护理适宜技术,可提高培训效果。

목적:탐구중의호리괄의기술배훈적우화방법。방법:선취신입원호사80인,안조수궤수자법분위대조조화실험조,선용감숙성중의원조직편사적《상용중의호리조작지남》위교재,대조조40인채용전통배훈방법,안조과당이론수과、교실조작배훈、고핵적류정진행배훈;실험조40인채용우화배훈방법,배훈전조직호사학습개전중의호리괄의기술적중요성,이론교학채용이문제위중심(PBL)적교학모식,조작배훈채용체험식교학,재배훈관리과정중운용PDCA순배。배훈결속후진행이론급조작고핵、변증시호능력측시、림상실천능력측시。결과:실험조적이론성적、조작성적、변증시호능력측시、림상실천능력측시성적균고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);실험조측시성적평균분우수급량호솔고우대조조,2조상비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),차실험조측시성적평균분불합격솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:사용우화방법배훈중의호리괄의기술,가제고배훈효과。
Objective:To find the optimized method of appropriate technology training of TCM nursing. Method:All 80 nurses were separated into the control group and the experiment group with random number table. Textbook of Commonly Used TCM Nursing Operations Guide organized by Gansu provincial hospital of TCM was selected . The control group received traditional training method in the procedure of theory teaching in the classroom, operation training in the classroom and assessment. The experiment group accepted optimized training method;the nurses were organized before training and lectured on the importance of the launch of TCM nursing appropriate technology;theory teaching in the teaching mode of problem-based learning (PBL);operation training in experiencing teaching;PDCA cycle in the course of training management. By the end of the training, theoretical and operation assessment, ability test of syndrome differentiation and nursing and ability test of clinical practice were performed. Result:The experiment group was higher than the control group in theoretical scale, operation scale, ability test of syndrome differentiation and nursing and test scales of clinical practice, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05);excellence rate of average scale in the experiment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05), the experiment group was lower than the control group in failure rate of average scale (P<0.05). Conclusion:Training of TCM nursing appropriate technology with optimized method could increase the effects of the training.
