对敦煌出土文献中杏仁在不同配伍情况下治疗肺系病证的概况进行整理、分析，总结出杏仁与其他药物合用可以用治头痛咳嗽、咽干咳嗽、上气咳嗽、肺气咳嗽、咳逆短气等。认为杏仁是敦煌医方中治疗肺系病证的常用药，今后应在临床上广泛推广应用。
대돈황출토문헌중행인재불동배오정황하치료폐계병증적개황진행정리、분석，총결출행인여기타약물합용가이용치두통해수、인간해수、상기해수、폐기해수、해역단기등。인위행인시돈황의방중치료폐계병증적상용약，금후응재림상상엄범추엄응용。
The conditions of XingRen (semen armeniacae amarum) combined with different drugs in treating pulmonary diseases were summarized, collected and analyzed in unearthed Dunhuang literature, it was found that XingRen combined with other drugs could be used to treat cough due to headache, dry throat, Qi reverse, pulmonary Qi and shortness of breath. XingRen is the commonly used drug for pulmonary disease in Dunhuang medical pre-scriptions and should be used widely in clinic.
