目的：评价血清胃癌相关抗原（MG7- Ag）联合胸苷激酶（TK1）检测对胃癌患者的临床诊断价值。方法：选取2011年9月-2013年7月期间在青岛市城阳区人民医院就诊的胃病患者130例和健康查体者30例，分别检测 MG7- Ag 和 TK1在各受试者血清中的水平。结果：胃癌组血清 MG7- Ag 和 TK1含量及阳性检出率均明显高于健康对照组和胃良性病变组（P ﹤0.01），二者联合检测阳性率最高为75.0%。结论：血清MG7- Ag 和 TK1的联合检测对胃癌的诊断具有极高的临床价值。
목적：평개혈청위암상관항원（MG7- Ag）연합흉감격매（TK1）검측대위암환자적림상진단개치。방법：선취2011년9월-2013년7월기간재청도시성양구인민의원취진적위병환자130례화건강사체자30례，분별검측 MG7- Ag 화 TK1재각수시자혈청중적수평。결과：위암조혈청 MG7- Ag 화 TK1함량급양성검출솔균명현고우건강대조조화위량성병변조（P ﹤0.01），이자연합검측양성솔최고위75.0%。결론：혈청MG7- Ag 화 TK1적연합검측대위암적진단구유겁고적림상개치。
To explore combined detection of the valae of the gastric cancer related antigen(MG7-Ag) and thymidine kinase(TK1),gastric cancer diagnosis. Methods:All 130 gastric disease patients and 30 healthy sub-jects were detected for MG7-Agand TK1 in the serum. Results:The contents of serum are MG7-Ag and TK1 in gastric cancer group significantly higher than that in control group(P ﹤ 0. 01);the positive rates of MG7-Ag and TK1 were significantly higher than that in control group(P﹤0. 01). Combined detection,the positive rate was up to75. 0%. Conclusion:The combined detection of serum MG7-Ag and TK1 is of high clinical significance on diagno-sing gastric cancer.
