目的：检测骨形成蛋白-2和血管内皮生长因子水平在膀胱移行细胞癌患者血清中的水平。方法：采用 ELISA法检测20例健康人、58例膀胱移行细胞癌患者术前的血清BMP-2和VEGF的含量，评价二者在膀胱移行细胞癌发生发展中的意义。结果：膀胱移行细胞癌患者血清中BMP-2和VEGF的水平明显高于健康人，并与肿瘤的浸润深度和分化程度及淋巴结转移、远处转移和临床病理分期密切相关（P＜0.05），且两者存在明显相关性（P＜0.05）。结论：检测膀胱移行细胞癌患者血清中VEGF、BMP-2的水平，有助于临床诊疗和预后评估。
목적：검측골형성단백-2화혈관내피생장인자수평재방광이행세포암환자혈청중적수평。방법：채용 ELISA법검측20례건강인、58례방광이행세포암환자술전적혈청BMP-2화VEGF적함량，평개이자재방광이행세포암발생발전중적의의。결과：방광이행세포암환자혈청중BMP-2화VEGF적수평명현고우건강인，병여종류적침윤심도화분화정도급림파결전이、원처전이화림상병리분기밀절상관（P＜0.05），차량자존재명현상관성（P＜0.05）。결론：검측방광이행세포암환자혈청중VEGF、BMP-2적수평，유조우림상진료화예후평고。
Objective To detect serum bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma and investigate the correlation of patho-logic grade and clinical stage with the expression level. Methods Serum BMP-2 and VEGF levels in 58 pre-operative patients of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 20 healthy people controls were measured by sand-wich-ELISA. Results The serum levels of BMP-2 and VEGF in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those of controls. Elevated BMP-2 and VEGF levels were associated with the invasion of tumor, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and clinical pathologic staging(P<0.05), but not associated with patients’age or sex. There was no significant difference between the serum BMP-2 and VEGF levels in healthy serum(P>0.05), but was significantly different in the serum of bladder transitional cell carcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion BMP-2 and VEGF participate in tumor progress, closely related with tumor invasion and metastasis. Serum BMP-2 and VEGF might be useful on clinical diagnosis, treat-ment and prognosis evaluation of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
