为实现军事装备系统概念设计知识的重用,提高装备系统的设计效率,提出一种基于改进型公理设计的辅助概念设计方法。在公理设计框架的基础上,考虑装备系统的性能指标,建立一种适用于装备系统概念设计的功能(性能)-结构映射模型。以该概念设计模型为框架,运用知识工程的思想,构建装备系统的概念设计知识库和装备系统的辅助概念设计系统,从而实现了概念设计知识的重用。以某型单兵综合作战系统为例,详细阐述该方法的实际应用过程。实际结果表明:该方法能避免海量设计知识的搜索,提高系统的概念设计概率,加快设计速度。

In order to reuse the knowledge of concept design of equipment system and improve the conceptual design efficiency of equipment system, an aided design method based on improved axiomatic design was proposed. Based on the axiomatic design theory, and considering the performance index of equipment system, a kind of new mapping model-function (performance index) dedicated equipment system concept design, which is suitable for the concept design, was given. In this model, the amount of information of a system project should be provided on the basis of performance index. A conceptual design knowledge base and the aided concept design system of equipment system were created based on the mapping model and idea of knowledge engineering to realize the reusing of conceptual design knowledge. Finally, the concept design of a soldier system as an example was provided to describe the actual application process of the design method in detail. And the result shows the method can help designer avoid searching much design knowledge to improve the design efficiency of system.
