目的了解地震灾区基层医师培训需求，根据具体需求为对口帮扶地震灾区基层医师培训机构提供依据。方法本研究为描述性研究，采用便利取样，自行设计调查问卷。对参加培训的42名地震灾区基层医师进行调查。结果参加调查的医师90%以上认为培训是非常必要的，且最希望接受的培训内容是：基础知识、基本技能及医学理念。结论对口帮扶地震灾区的医疗机构只有掌握基层医师培训需求，根据需求制定适合的培训方案，才能达到更好的培训效果。

Objective To Investigate the needs of training for primary physicians in quake-hit areas,and get the evidence of counterpart cooperation to primary physicians in quake-hit areas.Methods This was a descriptiveness study,we used the methods of convenient sampling and questionnaire.42 primary physicians were selected in our study.Results 90% physicians in our study considered that the training was very important,espectially the training of basic knowledges,basic skills and medical ideas.Conclusion We must gasp the needs of the primary physicians for training and make proper plans so that we can get ideal effect.
