目的分析单侧拔牙矫正牙列拥挤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析23例单侧拔牙矫正牙列拥挤患者的临床资料。结果随访18个月，患者牙列拥挤全部解除。据矫治结果评定标准，I级者22例，Ⅱ级者1例。结论牙列拥挤集中于牙弓一侧时采取上下颌单侧拔牙矫治，具有效果显著，所需拔牙数量少，疗程简单，矫治时间短，患者易接受等优势，值得推广应用。

목적분석단측발아교정아렬옹제적림상료효。방법회고성분석23례단측발아교정아렬옹제환자적림상자료。결과수방18개월，환자아렬옹제전부해제。거교치결과평정표준，I급자22례，Ⅱ급자1례。결론아렬옹제집중우아궁일측시채취상하합단측발아교치，구유효과현저，소수발아수량소，료정간단，교치시간단，환자역접수등우세，치득추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of correcting dental crowding with unilateral extractions. Method Clinical data of 23 patients with dental crowding correcting by unilateral extractions were retrospectively analyzed.Results After 18 months offollow-up,dental crowding fully discharged.According to the orthodontist evaluation criteria,I grade 22 cases, Ⅱgrade 1 case.Conclusion Correcting dental crowding with unilateral extractions is worthy of applicating because of obvious effect,fewer number of extractions,simple treatment,short correcting time,easy accepting by patients and other advantages.
