目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty PKP)在治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法我院在2009年7月至2012年11月期间,共收治46例腰椎压缩性骨折患者,男17例,女29例;年龄65~82岁,平均年龄72.2岁;其中新鲜骨折39例,陈旧骨折7例;所有患者的椎体高度压缩25%~65%,均在C臂透视下行PKP治疗。结果患者均安全耐受手术,手术平均时间45±15min。未出现肺栓塞,脊髓或神经根损伤等并发症,术后患者疼痛均明显缓解。结论 PKP作为一种新型微创技术,创伤小,操作简便,能够迅速缓解疼痛,改善患者生活质量,是治疗老年性骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的首选手术方式[1]。

Objective To investigate the percutaneous kyphoplasty (percutaneous kyphoplasty PKP) clinical efficacy in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods in our hospital in 2009 July to 2012 November, 46 patients were treated with vertebral compression fracture patients, male 17 cases, female 29 cases;age 65~82 years, mean age 72.2 years;including 39 cases of fresh fracture, 7 cases of old fracture;all patients with vertebral compression 25%-65%, all in the C arm fluoroscopy downlink PKP treatment. Results the patients tolerated operation, average operation time was 45 ± 15min. Without pulmonary embolism, spinal cord or nerve root injury and other complications, postoperative pain relief was obvious. Conclusion PKP is a new minimally invasive technique, small trauma, simple operation, can quickly relieve pain, improve patient quality of life, is the preferred mode of operation for the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture of [1].
