目的总结分析急性闭角性青光眼的综合治疗效果。方法选择2010年6月至2012年11月期间我院收治的43例(43眼)急性闭角性青光眼患者为研究对象,先用药物治疗,使房角开放、IOP下降,待炎症反应消退后再进行角巩膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果43例患者(43眼)中42眼术后眼压下降至正常水平,1眼并发恶性青光眼导致失明,治愈率97.67%。43例患者术后均有不同程度的虹膜睫状体炎症反应,球结膜下注射地塞米松后炎症消失。结论巩膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗方案具有切口小、能有效降低眼压、促进视力恢复、减少角膜散光的优点。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of comprehensive treatment for acute angle-closure glaucoma . Methods 43 patients(43eye)with acute angle-closure glaucoma in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were treated by medication, the angle opening and IOP decreased and treated by scleral tunnel incision for phacoemulsification surgery with intraocular lens implantation after inflammation subsided.The clinical effect were analysed.Results After treatment,in 43 patients ( 43 eyes ) ,42 postoperative IOP decreased to normal levels , 1 case of concurrent malignant glaucoma lead to blindness and the cure rate was 97.67%. 43 cases of patients had varying degrees of iris and ciliary body inflammation and it disappeared after subconjunctival injection of dexamethasone.Conclusion The treatment program of scleral tunnel incision phacoemulsification combined intraocular lens implantation has advantages of a small incision, can effectively reduce intraocular pressure, promote visual acuity and reduce corneal astigmatism.
