目的探讨舒适护理在胰腺癌围手术期护理中的应用，提高护理质量。方法选择2012年7月至2013年3月在我院实施胰腺癌手术的60例患者，将其随机分成实验组和对照组各30例，对照组患者采用常规护理措施，实验组在常规护理上实施舒适护理。对两组的住院舒适度、对护理满意度及住院时间进行评价。结果实验组的住院舒适度、对护理满意度及住院时间优于对照组P <0.05。结论舒适护理在胰腺癌围手术期护理有利于患者的恢复，值得临床推广和实施。

Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in pancreatic cancer in perioperative operation nursing, improve the quality of nursing care. Methods 60 cases of operation of pancreatic cancer in our hospital from 2012 July to 2013 March in selected patients, divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group were treated with routine nursing care, the experimental group implement comfortable nursing in nursing. In two groups of comfort, satisfaction to nursing and hospitalization time evaluation. Results the hospital to comfort, satisfaction with care and hospitalization time was better than the control groupP <0.05. Conclusion comfort care can help patients recover in pancreatic cancer during peri operation period nursing, is worth the clinical promotion and implementation.
