面对我国人口老龄化加速的情况，民办养老机构承担养老任务成为社会养老的重要方式之一。泰州市作为经济较发达地区和老龄化较快的地区，民办养老机构存在一定的发展制约因素，需要从民办养老机构和政府两个层面进行改革和推动。

With the accelerated aging of population,private rest homes,as an important form of social pen-sion,are shouldering the task of accommodating the senior citizens.Taizhou is an economically developed area where the aging of population is becoming ever-increasingly fast.However,there are some factors that restrict the development of private rest homes in it.Therefore,reforms and promotions should be made both from the private rest homes and the local government.
