网络反腐是当代的党务新词。在互联网时代，网络反腐蕴含着积极的宪法意义。网络反腐彰显了公民的言论自由权和监督权，落实了宪法规定的公民参与国家管理的权利。应当通过宪法引领网络反腐的制度建设，推进政府信息公开，加强对网民及网站的管理引导，实现网络反腐与传统反腐方式的有效互动。
網絡反腐是噹代的黨務新詞。在互聯網時代，網絡反腐蘊含著積極的憲法意義。網絡反腐彰顯瞭公民的言論自由權和鑑督權，落實瞭憲法規定的公民參與國傢管理的權利。應噹通過憲法引領網絡反腐的製度建設，推進政府信息公開，加彊對網民及網站的管理引導，實現網絡反腐與傳統反腐方式的有效互動。

Fighting against corruption on the Internet,a new term in contemporary party affairs,has posi-tive constitutional meaning in the Internet age,for it highlights the freedom and supervision of speech,and ensures the citizens’constitutional right to participate in state management.We should include this into our constitution,strengthen system construction in this respect,promote government information publici-ty,and strengthen the management of netizens and websites to combine this new way with the traditional way of corruption fighting.
