花粉是种子植物的雄配子体,在有性繁殖中发挥着重要的作用。以8个烟草品种的顶花和侧花的花粉为试验材料,通过I-KI染色法测定不同生长部位的烟草花粉随着存放时间的延长花粉生活力的变化情况,结果表明:烟草新鲜花粉的生活力均为100%,随贮藏时间的延长,花粉生活力整体呈下降趋势,但不同品种间表现存在差异。

Pollen is the male-gamete of seed plant,which plays an important role in sexual reproduction.Taking the pollens of 8 different tobacco varieties as the experiment materials,each variety included pollens from both top-flowers and side-flowers.The changes of pollen viability as the extension of storage time was tested by I-KI coloration. The results showed that viability of fresh pollen was 100%,and pollen viability all declined with the time prolonging. However,there also existed differences among those 8 tobacco varieties.
