该节水增粮行动项目信息化工程对灌区地下水位、用水流量、气象信息、土壤墒情、实时视频等因子进行综合采集，并为方便用户用水设计了射频卡机井灌溉控制装置。通过构建的节水增粮行动项目信息化远程监控管理信息平台，对监测采集的数据进行存储、管理、分析、描述，最终达到节水增粮的目的。该文详细讨论了系统的结构和原理，并给出了系统的软硬件设计方案。

The information engineering of water saving and increasing grain action project collects elements such as underground water,irrigation water flow,meteorological information,soil moisture,real-time video and other factors.We also add RF card motor-pumped well irrigation control device to facilitate the user . Through the construction of management platform of the information engineering of water saving and increasing grain action project,the monitoring data was stored,managed,analyzed and described.Finally,we achieved the purpose of water saving and increasing grain. This paper discussed the structure and principle of the system in detail,and gave the design scheme of hardware and software system.
