某公司根据自有煤气站且水煤气源充足的优势,以保证锅炉安全性能不改变为前提,将燃油蒸汽锅炉改为燃水煤气,改造施工前多次设计计算、试验、论证,积累数据,充分考虑水煤气燃烧安全保护性能的电控、仪表安装,燃烧系统安全运行的操作步骤和故障处理,在安全运行的前提下,对煤气管道内冷凝水处理,避免大气污染等,提出了经济、安全运行的实施方案。在相同条件下通过实例对比验证了燃煤气改造后运行的经济性,达到了节能减排的目的。

By the premise of safe operation,considering gas pipeline condensed water treatment and avoiding air pollution, take out the implementation of the program of economic, safe operation. Under the same conditions through the example verified the economic operation of coal gas after transformation,to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
