认知水平的高低很大程度上依赖于元认知水平的高低。就医学双语教学而言,应该注意的是,医学知识迁移是深深植根于元认知策略和文化背景之中,本文探讨在国内医学高校的英汉双语教学范围内,高校医学双语教师元认知策略在医学教育认知迁移的效用。

The cognitive level mostly depends on the Meta-Cognitive level. As far as bilingual medical teaching is concerned, what it should keep in mind is that effect of transfer on medical teaching is deeply embedded in Meta-Cognitive strategies and Cultural background. The article study the utility of cognitive movement from Meta-Cognitive strategies in bilingual medical teaching with the scope of our country where the universities and colleges perform bilingual medical teaching in English-to-Chinese.
