针对我军维修调度仍然采用“先来先维修(FCFS),重要装备优先维修”问题,结合战时武器装备的维修特点及作战单元战斗力的构成,综合考虑了权重、维修时间与战斗力的关系,以权重和维修时间的比值作为衡量指标,建立了基于战斗力的静态、动态调度模型,提出了相应的调度算法。利用维修调度相关数据对模型进行检验和分析,表明所提出的模型和算法既充分利用了现有的维修调度策略,又对现有的维修策略进行了改进,增强了维修调度的灵活性,缩短了维修时间,使得维修调度更加科学、合理,为决策者进行辅助决策提供了优化思路。
針對我軍維脩調度仍然採用“先來先維脩(FCFS),重要裝備優先維脩”問題,結閤戰時武器裝備的維脩特點及作戰單元戰鬥力的構成,綜閤攷慮瞭權重、維脩時間與戰鬥力的關繫,以權重和維脩時間的比值作為衡量指標,建立瞭基于戰鬥力的靜態、動態調度模型,提齣瞭相應的調度算法。利用維脩調度相關數據對模型進行檢驗和分析,錶明所提齣的模型和算法既充分利用瞭現有的維脩調度策略,又對現有的維脩策略進行瞭改進,增彊瞭維脩調度的靈活性,縮短瞭維脩時間,使得維脩調度更加科學、閤理,為決策者進行輔助決策提供瞭優化思路。

According to maintenance scheduling of our military,which is still a "first come,first service (FCFS)and priority to repair the major items of equipment",wartime weapons and equipment maintenance characteristics and the composition of the combat unit combat effectiveness are combined, considering the relation of the weight,maintenance time and combat effectiveness. As a measure of the ratio of the weight and maintenance time,the static and dynamic scheduling model are established based on the combat effectiveness,giving the appropriate scheduling algorithm. The models are tested and analyzed by the maintenance scheduling-related data,which show the proposed model and algorithm make full use of the existing maintenance scheduling strategy,but also improve the existing maintenance strategy,enhance the flexibility of the maintenance scheduling,reducing maintenance time. And this made maintenance scheduling more scientific and reasonable may be able to assistant decision-making for policy-makers to provide optimization ideas.
