针对新型坦克武器系统作战使用的特点,在建立评估指标体系基础上,结合作战效能评估的基本要求,确立物元分析评估模型,利用AHP分析法赋予权重,形成新型坦克武器系统评估理论体系,并选择典型实例对其进行计算和分析。研究结论,对于新型坦克武器系统的评估提供思路和方法,对于新装备战斗力的形成提供借鉴和指导。

According to the operational characteristics of new type tank weapon system,an evaluation index system on operational effectiveness evaluation is presented. An matter-element analysis evaluation model is constructed on the basic requirements of operational effectiveness evaluation by adopting Analysis Hierarchy Process to ascertain right weight,and the evaluation theory system on new type of tank weapon system is formed,and the typical examples is selected to calculated and analysis. The conclusion of the study provide ideas and methods for new type of tank weapon system evaluation, and provide reference and guidance to promote new equipment to form combat effectiveness.
