目的探讨和分析常规护理模式联合应急措施在预防妇科护理风险中的效果。方法将我院收治的180例患者根据护理方法不同分成试验组和对照组各90例。对照组：对患者采用常规护理；试验组：在对照组基础上，对患者采用应急措施。比较两组护理效果。结果对比两组并发症、护理失误发生率、患者满意度、住院费用等，试验组明显优于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对妇科护理实施常规护理模式联合应急措施，利于提高患者认识，缩短住院时间，减少并发症，提高满意度，节约住院费用。
목적탐토화분석상규호리모식연합응급조시재예방부과호리풍험중적효과。방법장아원수치적180례환자근거호리방법불동분성시험조화대조조각90례。대조조：대환자채용상규호리；시험조：재대조조기출상，대환자채용응급조시。비교량조호리효과。결과대비량조병발증、호리실오발생솔、환자만의도、주원비용등，시험조명현우우대조조，차이현저，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대부과호리실시상규호리모식연합응급조시，리우제고환자인식，축단주원시간，감소병발증，제고만의도，절약주원비용。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of routine nursing mode combined with emergency measures in prevention of gynecological nursing risk. Methods 180 patients collected in our hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to different nursing method, each group had 90 cases. The patients of the control group were given routine nursing, while the patients of the experimental group were adopted emergency measures on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results The complications, incidence of nursing errors, satisfaction and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were obviously better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing routine nursing mode combined with emergency measures for gynecological nursing is good for improving patients’understanding, shortening the length of hospital stay, reducing the complications, improving the satisfaction, and cutting down the hospitalization expenses.
