目的通过136例支气管肺炎恢复期患者的临床观察,探讨更有效的治疗方法。方法对我科门诊2012年1月~2013年3月收治的136例支气管肺炎恢复期患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,患者根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各68例。两组均采用止咳、化痰等常规疗法,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用超短波治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用健脾益肺汤治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率为94.12%,对照组有效率为85.29%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论健脾益肺汤汤配合超短波治疗支气管肺炎恢复期患者具有一定的优势,值得临床推广应用。

목적통과136례지기관폐염회복기환자적림상관찰,탐토경유효적치료방법。방법대아과문진2012년1월~2013년3월수치적136례지기관폐염회복기환자적림상자료진행회고성분석,환자근거치료방법불동분위치료조여대조조량조,매조각68례。량조균채용지해、화담등상규요법,대조조환자재상규치료적기출상가용초단파치료,치료조환자재대조조적기출상가용건비익폐탕치료,관찰량조환자적치료효과。결과치료조유효솔위94.12%,대조조유효솔위85.29%,치료조명현우우대조조。결론건비익폐탕탕배합초단파치료지기관폐염회복기환자구유일정적우세,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore more effective therapies by clinical observation on 136 cases of convalescent with bronchial pneumonia. Methods From January 2012 to March 2013, 136 cases of convalescent with bronchial pneumonia admitted to outpatient were retrospectively analyzed, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 68 cases in each, according to different therapies. Both groups of patients were given relieving cough and reducing sputum and other conventional therapy, and the control group was given ultrashort wave therapy on the basis of conventional therapy. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given spleen Yifei soup, and the effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The effect rate in the treatment group was 94.12%, and 85.29% in the control group. The effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Spleen Yifei soup combined with ultrashort wave has certain advantages treating convalescent with bronchial pneumonia,worthy of clinical application.
