目的寻找和筛选新的高效、低毒和使用方便的杀螺剂。方法采用浸泡法、喷洒法和撒粉法,在实验室环境下对10种除草类药进行杀螺试验,同时以清水作空白对照。结果浸泡法A-004、B-008和B-009,在0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0、16.0和32.0mg/L浓度下,其24、48h和72h的杀螺率分别为6.7%~56.7%、23.3%~86.7%和30.0%~100.0%;6.7%~80.0%、10.0%~96.7%和26.7%~100.0%;10.0%~66.7%、16.7%~100.0%和23.3%~100.0%;喷洒法B-009用0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0、16.0和32.0g/m2喷洒,3、7d 和15d的杀螺率为3.3%~90.0%、13.3%~96.7%和20.0%~100.0%;撒粉法A-001和A-002药样采用相同喷洒法剂量作撒粉灭螺,其3、7d和15d的杀螺率分别为6.7%~96.7%、10.0%~100.0%和16.7%~100.0%;6.7%~93.3%、6.7%~100.0%和20.0%~100.0%。结论10种除草类药样在各灭螺方法中均有一定的灭螺活性,撒粉法显示A-001和A-002具有较好的灭螺活性,故值得进一步研究。

Objective To screen new molluscicides with high efficiency,low toxicity and easy usage for the fields. Methods Ten kinds of herbicides were brought into the study,and the methods of soak, spray and dust were employed, while the contrast was fresh water. Results For the method of soak and concentrations of 0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0,16.0 and 32.0mg/L,the 24h,48h and 72h molluscicidal rates of code A-004, B-008 and B-009 were 6.7%-56.7%,23.3%-86.7% and 30.0%-100.0%;6.7%-80.0%,10.0%-96.7% and 26.7%-100.0%. 10.0%-66.7%,16.7%-100.0% and 23.3%-100.0%respectively;for the method of spray and doses of 0.5,1.0, 2.0,4.0,8.0,16.0 and 32.0g/m2,3d,7d and 15d molluscicidal rates of code B-009 are 3.3%-90.0%, 13.3%-96.7%and 20.0%-100.0%respectively, for the method of dust,the 3d, 7d and 15d molluscicidal rates of code A-001 and A-002 were 6.7%-96.7%,10.0%-100.0%and 16.7%-100.0%;6.7%-93.3%,6.7%-100.0% and 20.0%-100.0%, respectively. Conclusion All the ten kinds of herbicides had more or less molluscicidal efficacy. Code A-001 and A-002 deserve further research because of their effective molluscicidal efficacy in the method of dust.
