采用微波消解法处理大米样品、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中镉的含量。此方法的线性范围为0~100.0 ng/mL(R=0.9993),加标回收率为97.78%~100.29%,RSD为0.35%~3.37%(n=6)。该方法取样量少、准确度和精密度高,可作为检测大米中镉含量的方法,为食品安全提供可靠的测定技术保障。

Rice samples were dealt with microwave digestion ,then cadmium's content were determined by graphite furnace-atomic absorption spectrometry.The linear range of cadmium's absorption spectrometry was 0 . 0-100 . 0 ng/mL ( R=0 . 999 3 ) . The adding standard recovery was 97 . 78 %-100 . 29 %. The RSD was 0.35 %-3.37 %(n=6).This method in which sampling quantity was little, degree of accurancy and degree of precision were high , can be used for detection of cadmium in rice and provided reliable technical support for food safety.
