介绍高压水射流系统组成及工作原理,建立射流砂粒切割冲蚀材料过程模型,分析切割加工高硅钢片类脆性材料的影响因素。在对高硅钢片进行切割实验的基础上,通过调整水射流系统的切割压力,实现了高硅钢板的塑性加工。
介紹高壓水射流繫統組成及工作原理,建立射流砂粒切割遲蝕材料過程模型,分析切割加工高硅鋼片類脆性材料的影響因素。在對高硅鋼片進行切割實驗的基礎上,通過調整水射流繫統的切割壓力,實現瞭高硅鋼闆的塑性加工。

The composition and working principle of high pressure water jet system were introduced. A process model for erosion material cut by jet sand was established. The factors influencing cut machining of high silicon steel brittle material were analyzed. Plastic processing for high silicon steel sheet is realized on the basis of cutting experiments for high silicon steel sheet by adjusting the water jet cutting pressure.
