高精度立式圆台磨床的动态特性直接影响到加工精度和精度稳定性。以某立式圆台磨床为研究对象,对整机动态特性进行现场测试和分析,得到其前几阶模态的模态参数,通过对模态频率、模态振型的分析,找到影响整机性能的关键薄弱环节。对磨床关键部件卧磨头支架和立柱进行了有限元分析和计算,利用方案比较法进行改进设计,提出了具体的结构改进措施。同时,研究了筋格尺寸对动态性能的影响。所得结论为磨床进一步的结构优化设计及动态性能的改善提供了依据。

The dynamic characteristics of high-precision vertical grinder directly affect machining precision and accuracy stabili-ty. A vertical circular grinder was tested and analyzed in order to find the critical vulnerabilities affecting overall performance. The grinding head bracket and column were calculated by finite element analysis. Based on scheme comparison,the key parts were im-proved. The specific structural improvement measures were proposed. Meanwhile,the effects of rib size on the dynamic performance were studied. The results provide basis for optimal design and dynamic performance improvement in further development.
